Abstract— Since 2014, the Chinese government has promulgated a package of policies to push the reform of logistics to a new level. The ‘One Belt and One Road' project has presented unprecedented opportunities for the development of logistics. The construction of information in the warehouse management plays a key role in raising competitiveness. Great efforts have been made in and out of the country to research and employ of the warehouse management system (WMS). But the WMS is not in widespread use in pharmaceutical enterprises. So the application of the WMS by customized in this area needs requires further researches and studies. This thesis focuses on the WMS construction of NATON which is a pharmaceutical enterprise. Research the present business form, learn the requirements and find the existing problem. This thesis discusses the functional design of the WMS, it is divided into modules based on the functions, and the flow of standard procedure is discussed in detail.
