The inventory management system, IMS of the company has not been planned effectively, leading to high inventory costs, low customer service level, affecting competitive edge of the company. The paper effectively developed the inventory planning system for the company by planning all types of raw materials of the company to reduce inventory costs, reduce production costs, improve customer service level, and finally improve the competitive edge of the company.
