Although it may have been benefitted with good inventory level and labour, it is not able to make adequate utilization due to lack of knowledge of industrial engineering skills. The present research paper shows the implementation of Kaizen through multi-skilling of labour and hence minimizing the number of labour required for the particular work. Here focus is on skill rather than labour. To withstand in the competitive market one has to be multiskilled. This is imperative for both employer and employee if they want to stand-out.
