Article is orientated to the cost decreasing during process of maintenance in concrete firm by Kaizen method.

It provides information about process of system Kaizen installment and about results that firm had achieved after installing of such access. Article provides in certain measure also guidance for managers how to process during implementation of Kaizen access.
