It also proposes a method for performing kaizen and evaluation of automated systems utilizing hierarchic structure diagrams, state transition diagrams, improved tooling flow diagrams, a method for creating a Ladder Logic Diagram(LLD). Using a time Petri net, analyze the bottleneck process, identify problem points, and propose ideas for kaizen.
