Abstract

Kaizen means a constant effort not only to maintain but also to upgrade standards. KAIZEN pronounces perpetual development in all walks of our life. This is an inborn instinct present in every human being.

Japanese are very diligent by nature though they sometimes are not even cognizant of kaizen concept.

The rate of kaizen development is very slow but it gradually brings about a great development during the course of time, which is very much helpful for the companies to sustain.
