Abstract:   KSVN is a company specializing in producing auxiliary devices for automotive industry in both domestic and export sectors. The resources of the company have not been planned & controlled effectively, leading to high inventory costs, high production costs, affecting competitive edge of the company.

The paper effectively developed MRP II system for the company by planning all resources of the company to reduce inventory costs, reduce production costs, and finally improve the competitive edge of the company.

The paper integrated all MRPII functional modules of the companies, including Demand Management, Forecast, Order entry, Production Planning, MPS, MRP, RRP, RCCP, CRP.
