Mission: - To play a leading role in Vietnam in training a highly qualified human resource in the field of Industrial Systems Engineering - To link effectively education, scientific research and technology transfer for the industrialization and modernization of the country. Vision: - To become a reliable training center meeting the need of industrial and social developments around the regional area. Strategies 1- Organization strategy: A lean, efficient organizational structure. 2- Human resource strategy: A staff of 20 competent lecturers. 3- Training strategy: A gentle, attractive, practical, modern, integrated training program. 4- Infrastructure strategy: A modern Lab to meet the SR&TT needs of lecturers and students. 5- Collaboration network strategy: A network of relationships with 80 production organizations.
